George and Elizabeth Freitas
George and Elizabeth Freitas bring a total of 50 years of law enforcement expertise to our team. Both retired from a California municipal agency. George served as interim and assistant Chief, and managed all of this agency’s internal auditing, risk analysis and criminal investigative functions. He served as Kauai’s Chief of Police for 8 years. Elizabeth’s areas of expertise included juvenile and sexual assault crimes and hiring and background investigations. She is a certified polygraph examiner and the Vice President of the Hawaii Organization of Polygraph Examiners. She is a member of the American Polygraph Association and the American Association of Police Polygraphists. Elizabeth has conducted over 300 polygraph examinations. Their home base is Kauai."
