About Monica Revells

Monica Revells is an experienced investigator with a wide range of experience in law enforcement. First as one of Maui's first female police officers then as a FBI trained investigator with the Hawaii Office of the Attorney General, Monica has successfully resolved an assortment of cases including homicide, sex crimes, and financial crimes. She is experienced in the conduct of a full-range of civil, criminal, and administrative investigations. Monica is based on Maui.

Assigned to Juvenile Division, 1976 - 1982. Investigated offenses committed by juveniles, interview children who were victims of sexual and child abuse. Assisted the assigned detectives in rape and other sexual crimes committed against females by interviewing, transporting, and collecting evidence.

Assigned to Wailuku Patrol, 1974-1976. Enforcement of traffic laws, police patrol and investigative functions. Service of subpoenas and arrest warrants. Testify in District and Circuit courts.
